Basil Chicken
Michelle advised that she had a salad in mind she wanted to make. She advised that she had purchased a large package of chicken breasts and suggested I use a couple for our dinner tonight.
I went to my recipe album to pick something out, but when I got to the house I remembered that they had several basil plants in their garden so quickly did a search and found a good recipe that uses fresh basil.
It was just the 3 of us tonight. Apollo is at music camp and Sasha is still traveling, visiting her Dad’s parents in Seattle, WA.
It had a kind of curry seasoning. Yum, it was really good
I have a feeling that it’s going to happen more and more, just the 3 of us for dinner. Oh boy, change. It will take some getting used to.
